Reading and sharing

You may read the site and share links to its pages. Unless a page states otherwise, original writing, design, and materials belong to their respective rights holders. Brief quotations with attribution and a link are welcome. For substantial republication or reuse, ask permission unless applicable law already permits it.

Public notes

Submit only material you are entitled to share. Do not post spam, threats, unlawful material, impersonation, or other people’s private information. An email address is required, but your public signature is generated by the site.

You retain ownership of your note. By submitting it, you give Alexey permission to store, review, and display it as part of the guestbook. This permission is limited to running the guestbook; it does not transfer ownership. Notes may be declined or removed. Immediate visibility in your own browser does not mean a note has been approved for public display.

One active note is allowed per email. The current-session removal control allows you to delete your note and submit another. For later removal, contact Alexey. Copies made independently by other visitors cannot be recalled by the site.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass submission limits, send automated spam, probe private accounts, or attempt unauthorised access. Public pages, RSS, and Index.md may be read by search engines and agents with reasonable request rates. Automated access does not grant rights to republish protected material.

Projects and outside links

Project descriptions and curated references are informational. Linked websites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee another service’s availability, accuracy, or suitability. Purchases or work booked through a separate project are governed by that project’s agreement, not these general website terms.

Information and availability

Writing reflects Alexey’s experience and views at the time of publication. It may become outdated. The site does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free information. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Messages and subscriptions

Sending a message does not create a client relationship or a commitment to accept work. Newsletter delivery, when enabled, requires a separate subscription; guestbook and contact submissions are not subscriptions.
